“RENAISSANCE ESTATES IN THE LEAD"
By Suzanne St John
More million-d ollar homes were sold in California last year than in
the two previous years combined, according to DataQuick Information
Systems, the leading real estate information service.
A total of 33,107 homes in California sold for $1 million or more last
year. Million-dollar
sales accounted for 5.0 percent of all California home purchases in 2004.
In 2003 it was 3 percent and 2002 it was 2.3 percent.
Darin
Anderson of Rancon Real Estate in Temecula stated that the DataQuick
report reflects the steady current market trends at Renaissance Estates,
Temecula’s premier Estate Master Planned Gated Community.
The Magnifique design sold in 2004 for $2.3 million which was the
highest estate closing in all of the Temecula Valley.
Business
in 2005 for Renaissance Estates continues to be quite brisk.
Sonia Petrovski of Rancon Real Estate reports more than 50% of the
project has been sold. During 2004, six estate lots closed escrow and Lot 29 sold
for $550,000 which is the highest price recorded for a five-acre
residential estate lot in the entire Temecula Valley. more

“LIVE
ABOVE IT ALL”
The lifestyle at Renaissance Estates defies description, unless
“ultimate” comes to mind. This
is a concept that has truly come to fruition, envisioned by Al Rattan,
President of Renaissance Properties and builder/developer extraordinaire.
He has brought forth the finest of dreams, the greatest of visions,
a true “Renaissance Man” having taken his inspiration from a 16th
Century architect named Andrea Palladio, renowned for creating magnificent
villas in Italy. more

Renaissance
Estates welcomes its newest buyers Thomas & Cindy Massie of
Temecula who purchased the The Magnifique for $2.3 Million . French
Country architecture includes an interior plaza and Porte Cochere with
four-car garages and approximately 7,200 square feet of luxurious living
space. The interior presents a dramatic entry, music room, wine room, huge
great room, five bedrooms, an optional elevator, and views to the ocean.
Built for entertaining, the estate also includes a private theater; game
room with wet bar; pool; spa; and a guesthouse with kitchenette, bathroom,
fireplace and viewing deck.
April 2004
While the stock market has been a foe to some, it has been a friend to real estate.
Last year, as stock prices tumbled to their lowest level in five years,
America's wealthiest went house hunting. According to Data Quick, 2002 sales in
Orange County of homes priced more than $1 million increased more than 30%. Rich Americans are jumping ship and taking their
money out of the stock market an investing in real estate. A large reason behind the
strength of luxury estates is the strong appreciation rates.
According to Al Rattan president of Renaissance Properties, the builder developer of
Renaissance Estates, we have noticed the same investment phenomenon. Our buyers are
seeking refuge from the stock market. Bloomberg News reports, Wealthy Americans
see real estate as a secure place to put their money. The North County Times
last September reported that sales of million-dollar homes in Southwest Riverside
County are ahead of last year's pace.
March 31, 2004
A pioneer in the high-end luxury housing market throughout southwest
Riverside County, Al Rattan founder of Renaissance Builders said
"that Renaissance Estates has evolved into one of California's most
notable and high-demand locations for the Luxury Estates. The
architectural ambience of these mansions are immediately noticeable the
moment one drives through the gates of this private community located in
Temecula's most exclusive area known as DeLuz".
Demand for our properties is at and all time high, and sales have
been brisk. People seem to like the idea of consulting with the
builder reputation is based on one on-one as they decide on the many
features, amenities and designer touches that will be incorporated into
the final development of their own personal and highly customized estate.
February 2003
Renaissance Estates welcomes its newest residents Carlos and Betty Moore who in
2000 moved from Santa Barbara to De Luz, a community located on the hilltops just west of
Temecula. After they purchased their home they became enamored with the ambiance and
the financial potential of building a dream mansion at Renaissance Estates. The
Moore's purchased their lot in 2001, which has 360-degree views. Betty's
interpretation of the community and its incredible views was the inspiration for their
home named Montecielo, to define a mansion on the mountain near the sky.
Seattle, Washington, Wednesday, October 23, 2002

Temecula, CA (August 12, 2002)
With an estimated 750 art, wine, and music
enthusiasts on hand at the August 3rd Renaissance Estates Art and Design
Festival, Renaissance Properties LLC helped to raise nearly $15,000 towards
Temeculas After School Arts program. Funds raised will also help to support other
arts in education programs in the Temecula-Murrieta Valley. "We are happy to have
been able to participate in such a worthwhile event," says Al Rattan, president of
Arrow Homes the builder/developer of the Festivals host location, Renaissance
Estates. As host, the builder worked in conjunction with the Arts Council of the Temecula
Valley who brought together a number of local restaurants, vintners, artists, and
entertainers to provide a fun-filled afternoon. Proceeds from the event will benefit the
Arts Council and its partnership with the Temecula Valley Unified School District and the
City of Temecula.
As part of the afternoons festivities guests were able to tour Renaissance
Estates custom homes and gardens. Ideally set in the hills above Temecula Valley,
Renaissance Estates magnificently gated enclave offers homes of uncompromising
luxury and quality. Providing an unparallel experience, a 20-foot cascading waterfall
greets visitors as they arrive at Renaissance Estates. Renaissance Estates has been
ecologically balanced to complement the natural surrounding terrain, Rattan explains,
"Renaissance Estates is the result of more than 10 years of environmental planning.
The master planned community has been ecologically balanced to complement the natural
surrounding terrain." Working with this vision in mind, the 7,000+ square foot
mansions have been designed by renowned architect Marshall Innins of Laguna Beach to
maximize the breathtaking mountain, valley, city, and ocean views. The grounds are
permeated on this basis making sure that every room is configured with panoramic vistas.
Offering exquisite architectural styles and details Renaissance Estates homes are
accented by European-inspired architecture including Mediterranean, Italian, French
Country, and Spanish. Each sits on an expansive five-acre home site providing ample room
for swimming pools and other amenities. And while the secluded and quite community
atmosphere at Renaissance Estates feels millions of miles away from it all, homeowners
enjoy the added convenience of being only four miles from town."
Custom estates currently available include The Classico, a
7,250+ square foot European/Italian style two-story design, offering views of the
Fallbrook area. Highlights of this home start with a two-story library, wine room, up to
six bedrooms, four-car garages and courtyard, and a 550-square foot detached guesthouse.
The Estates
The
Magnifiques French Country architecture includes an interior plaza and
Porte Cochere with four-car garages and approximately 7,200 square feet of luxurious
living space. The interior presents a dramatic entry, music room, wine room, huge great
room, five bedrooms, an optional elevator, and views to the ocean. Built for entertaining,
the estate also includes a private theater; game room with wet bar; pool; spa; and a
guesthouse with kitchenette, bathroom, fireplace and viewing deck. The Magnifique is
scheduled for a Summer 2003 completion.
Also currently available is the 7,000 square foot Villa Cielo.
This two-story estate showcases Greek architectural influences and provides a 2,700 square
foot motor court with four-car garages. Interior appointments incorporate a sumptuous
master suite and retreat with a three-sided fireplace, spacious family room, formal living
room and dining room, private theater, game room with wet bar, wine cellar, interior
courtyard, pool, spa, gazebo and elevator. The gourmet kitchen provides two convenient
islands one with seating for up to five in addition to room for ample seating in the sunny
morning room.
The Vizcaya is a two-story
6,150-square foot estate with a dramatic rotunda entry, living room with fireplace,
gourmet island kitchen, morning room with views, four bedrooms each with a full
bath, optional fifth and sixth bedrooms, master suite with fireplace, and a detached
two-car garage and a two-car attached garage. There is also a detached guest house,
optional pool house and optional storage/elevator available.
As Phase II nears sell out,
Renaissance Estates is offering a Lot Sales Program that allows interested parties to
purchase available lots and work with either Renaissance Properties on the design and
construction, or bring in their own selected talent to create their estate. With the Lot
Sales Program, all design and construction plans are subject to review by the Renaissance
Architectural Committee to ensure that a similar European design philosophy will be
achieved.
Its been known that history tends to repeat itself and this
proves true yet again as another cycle of history unfolds. As Spanish dons brought their
gold from the conquered New World, they turned to Italian designers masters to
create state of the art buildings. These architectural masterpieces have withstood the
test of time.
Builders are turning once again to the masters whose works have stood unrivaled.
Renaissance Estates is the latest incarnation of the timeless designs, which have
manifested in the hills high above Temecula. "Renaissance Estates is the result of
more than 10 years of environmental planning in the most prestigious site in this
attractive perfectly located community" states Al Rattan president of Renaissance
Properties LLC. Renaissance Properties enlist renowned architect Marshall Innins of
Marshal Innins Design Group to interpret this vision. This collaboration has produced a
European-inspired enclave, which includes Mediterranean, Italian, French Country, and
Spanish influences reflected in these Architecturally Superior Estates.
Nestled high in the hills behind a gated entry with a lavish 20-foot waterfall is
Renaissance Estates, the only gated community in Temecula. The community will have formal
landscape throughout and each 5-acre estate has ample room for swimming pools and other
amenities. With an approximate elevation of 2000 feet Renaissance has been ecologically
balanced to compliment the natural surrounding terrain. Our homeowners enjoy clean air,
endless vistas, privacy, and an away-from-it-all-lifestyle with the added convenience of
being only 4 miles from town. "
"We absolutely have the best views in the Temecula Valley" says
Sonia Petrovski, Luxury Real Estate Specialist, for Renaissance Estates. Clients and homeowners
are overwhelmed by the breathtaking views of the mountains, valleys, cities and ocean.
Renaissance truly has the best of all words in Estate Living. "We incorporate
unbelievable views, timeless architecture, quality construction, lavish design, and fair
cost into each custom estate creating the ideal situation for even the most discriminate
client" states Petrovski. Response to Renaissance Estates has been
phenomenal. What is even more exciting are the estates already under construction and the
magnificent mansions that are soon to be built.
Renaissance is pleased to announce the sell out of Phase I and Phase II.
Phase I included "the Palladio" and
"The Castillo".
We welcomed homeowners from San Diego County moving from Carlsbad now enjoying the
"Castillo" as well as our proud homeowners now residing in the
"Palladio" who moved to Renaissance from their prior home in Bear Creek here in
the Temecula Valley. Joining our community from Vista from North San Diego County are our
new buyers of the Chateau.
