You must accompany your client on their first visit to a Renaissance
Estates new home neighborhood and register them at that time. A valid California Real
Estate Salesperson/Broker License is required at point of registration to qualify for any
commission.
Personal registrations will be valid for a period of 60 days, and
may be extended for an additional 30 days with written request for extension approved by a
Renaissance Estates sales agent.
Renaissance Estates wil pay up to 3% on all spec homes and up to 5%
on any land sale.
